随着亚麻生产由计划体制向市场体制的彻底转变,科技成果的产业化受到严重阻碍。如何将现有亚麻先进科技成果进行产业化是摆在当前科研和生产部门的一个重要课题。对亚麻科技成果产业化的必要性、现有科技成果状况及加快亚麻科技成果产业化的具体步骤和措施进行了明确阐述,力图推动亚麻成果产业化和生产高效集约化的更快发展。
With the thorough transformation of flax production from a planned system to a market system, the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements has been seriously hindered. How to industrialize the advanced scientific and technological achievements of flax is an important issue that is placed in the current scientific research and production departments.
