目的通过对小儿手足口病的中医治疗方法和治疗效果进行深入的分析和探讨。方法 42例手足口病患儿进行中医治疗,普通型患儿以清热解毒、化湿祛邪为主,重型患儿是以解毒化湿,熄风定惊为主,患儿恢复期症状以气阴不足、余邪未尽为主。结果 42例手足口病患儿经过中医治疗之后,各部分疱疹全部消失,临床症状都消失,全部病愈。结论通过中药干预治疗小儿手足口病,治疗效果显著,对临床治疗手足口病有非常大的帮助,值得临床大力推广和应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the TCM treatment and treatment effect of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods Forty-two children with hand-foot-mouth disease were treated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The common children were mainly detoxification and dampness-removing and qi-removing. The children with severe type were mainly detoxification and dampness, Yin inadequate, not evil more than the main. Results 42 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children after Chinese medicine treatment, all herpes disappeared, the clinical symptoms have disappeared, all recovered. Conclusion The treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children through Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effect, which is of great help to the clinical treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and deserves to be popularized and applied clinically.
