拜耳上海一体化基地位于上海化学工业区内,占地面积约为1.5平方千米,是拜耳材料科技在中国乃至整个亚太地区规模最大、最为重要的生产基地。拜耳材料科技生产的聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯原材料、涂料、黏合剂及特殊化学品等高性能材料广泛应用于日常生活的各个方面,为汽车、电气电子、建筑、信息技术、体育运动和休闲等行业提供最新科技的产品服务。自1994年以来,拜耳就积极参与由化学产业发起的全球责任关怀计划,不断提升员工与地方社区的安全,以及健康与环保水平。在拜耳材料科技,员工的健康和安全是与产品质量及环境绩效同等重要的公司发展核心要素。近日,本刊走访了拜耳上海一体化基地,基地政策事务部及基地健康、安全、环境及消防部门就基地的健康与安全管理模式,为我们做了总体性的概述。
