利用中国31个省级行政区2003~2014年的空间面板数据,主要考察中国各地区公共部门工资的空间依赖性及空间溢出效应。通过计算31个省份2003~2014年各个年份的全局Moran I指数,发现中国31个省份的公共部门工资之间在各个年份均具有显著的空间依赖关系,并且这种空间依赖关系在2003~2014年逐渐增强。在此基础上进一步构建了31个省份2003~2014年的公共部门工资的空间面板数据模型,并控制了各省份的区域特征变量。模型的实证结果显示:空间溢出效应在决定各省份的公共部门工资中具有重要的作用;同时还发现,经济发展水平进一步强化了省份间的公共部门工资的空间溢出效应。
Based on the data of spatial panels from 2003 to 2014 in 31 provincial administrative regions of China, we mainly study the spatial dependence and spillover effects of wages in public sectors in different regions of China. By calculating the global Moran I index for each of the 31 provinces from 2003 to 2014, we find that there is a significant spatial dependency between the public sector salaries in all 31 provinces in China in all years, and this spatial dependence is between 2003 and 2014 Gradually enhanced. On this basis, the spatial panel data model of public sector pay in 31 provinces from 2003 to 2014 is further constructed and the regional characteristic variables of each province are controlled. The empirical results show that the spillover effect plays an important role in determining the public sector wages in all provinces. At the same time, it is also found that the level of economic development further strengthens the spillover effects of provincial public sector wages.
