先天性耳前瘘管是第一腮沟胚胎发育不完善所致,如反复继发感染,因其分支累及器官不同感染灶基部较大,使外科治疗趋于复杂化。本文介绍了9例先天性耳前瘘管继发感染的手术治疗如下。
