公安部、海关总署、国家工商行政管理局最近联合发出通知,就贯彻实施国务院办公厅关于加强进口汽车牌证管理的通知定出具体实施办法。 通知指出,公安机关、海关和工商行政管理部门要认真查处走私汽车、摩托车案件。对查获的走私车辆和无进口证明的车辆一律没收,由地市级(含)以上公安机关或海关、工商行政管理部门依照法定程序办理没收手续,并签发全国统一的《没收走私汽车、摩托车证明书》。没收的车辆必须送到中国进口汽车贸易中心统一销售,没收证明书随车交给销售部门。公安交通管理部门要凭销售部门
