我矿是全国黄金企业设备管理优秀单位和省冶金企业设备管理优秀单位。近几年来,我矿通过不断探索和实践,认识到设备能否高效、低耗、可靠和安全地运行,主要取决于设备运行期间设备现场管理状况的好坏;而对于金矿的生产来说,强化井下生产设备的现场管理,对确保矿山生产安全、稳定地向前发展,具有十分重要的意义。
