结合煤矿井下定向钻孔工艺技术特点,阐述了定向钻孔轨迹设计原则、定向钻孔轨迹设计参数中钻孔深度、钻孔方位角和钻孔倾角的确定原则。基于对煤矿井下定向钻孔轨迹计算数学原理的研究,总结了绘图和计算2种钻孔轨迹设计和计算方法,并在我国27个矿区进行推广应用,推广应用期间完成最深定向钻孔深度为1 212 m。
Combined with the characteristics of directional drilling technology in coal mine, the principles of directional drilling trajectory design, drilling depth, drilling azimuth and drilling inclination in directional drilling trajectory design parameters are expounded. Based on the study of mathematical principle of directional drilling trajectory calculation in coal mine, two kinds of drilling trajectory design and calculation methods of drawing and calculating are summarized. The method is applied and popularized in 27 mining areas in China. The deepest directional drilling depth is 1 212 m.
