JAK STAT信号通路主要包括JAK和STAT两大家族。JAK家族是细胞内一组蛋白酪氨酸激酶 ,主要参与造血因子受体超家族导导的信号转导。STAT家族是一组极为重要的转录因子。JAK STAT途径的异常活化可引起细胞的表型改变和恶性转化 ,针对JAK STAT途径的治疗策略可能成为白血病治疗的新选择
JAK STAT signaling pathways include JAK and STAT two major families. The JAK family is a group of intracellular protein tyrosine kinases that are primarily involved in superfamily-guided signal transduction of hematopoietic factor receptors. The STAT family is a group of extremely important transcription factors. Aberrant activation of the JAK STAT pathway causes phenotypic changes and malignant transformation of cells, and therapeutic strategies directed at the JAK STAT pathway may be a new option for the treatment of leukemia
