在现代工业技术飞跃发展中,工厂的产品日新月异。一个工厂,经过一年半载,往往由于产品的增加和改变,需要局部或全部改变生产工艺过程及技术设备。为了适应生产工艺这种多变性,做到多快好省,我们设想使隔墙活动化,以便能够不费多大力气就可以搬家。这对于隔间很多的多层厂房来说,具有更为重要的意义。一、活动隔墙的设计、构造及节点做法活动隔墙由轻质混凝土和木板骨架组成。根据厂房柱网布置形式,在主梁和次梁下竖立 T 形木住。轻质混凝土板则用木条和木螺丝固定于 T 形木柱上。
In the rapid development of modern industrial technology, the products of the factory are changing with each passing day. A factory, after a year and a half, often requires partial or total changes in production processes and technical equipment due to product additions and changes. In order to adapt to the variability of the production process and achieve more rapidity, we envisage moving the partitions so that we can move without much effort. This is of even greater significance for many multi-storey buildings with cubicles. I. Design, Construction and Nodal Practice of Active Partitions The activity partition consists of lightweight concrete and wood planks. According to the column layout of the factory building, a T-shaped wooden shelter is erected under the main beam and the secondary beam. Lightweight concrete panels are secured to T-shaped wood posts using wooden strips and wood screws.
