实行改革开放,发展商品经济,给我们带来许多新情况和新问题,首先是人们思想观念上的很大变化。这种变化反映到党内来,产生了对党的性质、党的纲领、党的指导思想、党的宗旨、党的组织原则和工作方法等基本问题的疑问。由于党的前两任总书记淡化党的领导,放松党的建设,放纵资产阶级自由化思潮泛滥,使这些疑问得不到解决,导致党内一定程度的思想混乱。思想上的混乱必然导致组织上的涣散,产生行动上的不一致。这正是去年政治风波中一些高校党组织和相当一部分党员在政治上出现动摇的重要原因。这个问题不解决,其他问题都不好解决。要加强高校党的建设,首先应从教育入手,从思想建
The implementation of reform and opening up and the development of the commodity economy have brought us many new situations and new problems. First of all, great changes have taken place in people’s ideas and concepts. This change has been reflected in the party and has generated some questions about such basic issues as the nature of the party, the party’s program, the party’s guiding ideology, the party’s purposes, the party’s organizational principles and working methods. Since the first two general secretary of the party played down the Party’s leadership, relaxed the building of the party and indulged the trend of bourgeois liberalization, these problems were not solved, leading to a certain degree of chaos in the party.
