确定了制备ASA乳液时不同化学品的最佳用量。研究了GCC、PCC和滑石粉3种填料对碱性施胶剂ASA的性能以及纸张的光学和强度性能的影响。结果表明,加填GCC和PCC,纸张施胶度降低,但加填滑石粉,纸张施胶度稍有提高;从加填纸张可以看出,PCC的光学性质比GCC和滑石粉的好,PCC加填纸张的松厚度、平滑度和挺度更好;但因PCC的粒子较细,其加填纸张的强度要比用GCC和滑石粉加填的差。
The optimum amount of different chemicals for ASA emulsions was determined. The effects of three kinds of fillers, GCC, PCC and talc, on the properties of alkaline sizing agent ASA and the optical and strength properties of paper were studied. The results showed that with the addition of GCC and PCC, the sizing degree of the paper decreased, but the sizing degree of the paper increased slightly with the addition of talc. The optical properties of PCC were better than those of GCC and talc, Loose paper filling the bulk, smoothness and stiffness better; but PCC particles smaller, the strength of the filler paper filling than with GCC and talc filling difference.
