目的:探讨驱动蛋白分子KIF18A在喉癌组织中的表达与其临床病理特征间的关系。方法:收集经病理确诊的喉癌组织标本155例,同时选取癌旁组织155例作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法检测KIF18A在喉癌和癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果:155例喉癌组织中,91例(58.7%)KIF18A呈阳性表达,较癌旁组织阳性表达(12.9%)显著升高(χ2=70.746,P<0.01)。TNM分期中,中晚期患者阳性表达率较早期高(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移患者阳性表达率较无淋巴结转移者高(P<0.01)。结论:喉癌组织中KIF18A的高阳性表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移相关,其可能成为诊断喉癌的肿瘤标志物及喉癌预后的独立因素,为喉癌患者的治疗提供新思路。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of kinesin KIF18A in laryngeal carcinoma and its clinicopathological features. Methods: 155 cases of pathologically confirmed laryngeal tissues were collected, and 155 cases of paracancerous tissues were selected as control. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KIF18A in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues. Results: Of the 155 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, 91 cases (58.7%) had positive expression of KIF18A, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (12.9%) (χ2 = 70.746, P <0.01). In the TNM stage, the positive expression rate in the advanced stage was higher than that in the early stage (P <0.01). The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the non-lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusion: The positive expression of KIF18A in laryngeal carcinoma is correlated with tumor staging and lymph node metastasis. It may be an independent factor in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer and prognosis of laryngeal cancer, and provide new ideas for the treatment of laryngeal cancer.
