2002年经济工作的大政方针已经确定,目标任务也已明确。关键是要认真谋划,精心组织,突出重点,抓好落实。一、继续推进农业结构的战略性调整,千方百计增加农民收入。农业和农村工作始终是我们关注的重点,没有农村的稳定和农业的发展,国民经济发展就没有牢固的基础。经过多年的探索和实践,我们在农业发展上已经有了一套好的思路和办法。概括起来讲,就是两句话:抓结构调整,抓农民增收减负。2002年,农业方面要做的工作很多,但从根本上讲,还是要抓好这两条。由此
