钙芒硝盐岩化学成分为硫酸钠与硫酸钙的化合物,其化学成分的复杂性决定了其属于难溶性盐。溶解机理分析发现,其溶解过程包括硫酸钠和硫酸钙的溶解与其结晶,但硫酸钙结晶后会形成一层膜覆盖在矿物表面,减少溶解表面面积,对硫酸钠的溶解有抑制作用。实验发现,钙芒硝的溶解具有温度效应:温度越高使溶解速率及溶解速度下降越迅速,使钙芒硝溶解变慢。压力浸泡溶解开采使现场采出效率提高了30%~40%。

The experiment found that the dissolution of glauberite has a temperature effect: the higher the temperature, the faster the dissolution rate and the dissolution rate, the slower the dissolution of glauber’s salt. Pressure soak solution mining mining efficiency increased by 30% ~ 40%.
