与始于上世纪七十年代末期新公共管理运动类似,中国的政府改革也于上世纪逐步推展开来。我国政府在实行体制改革的时候参照英、法、美等西方国家的政府部门做法,在政府改革中渗入了新公共管理的一些元素,比如采用私营部门成功的管理方法和竞争机制,重视公共服务的产出等。
Similar to the new public administration movement that began in the late 1970s, China’s government reform was also gradually rolled out in the last century. In implementing the system reform, our government, in the light of the government departments in the western countries such as Britain, France and the United States, infiltrated some elements of the new public administration in the government reform. For instance, it adopted the successful management methods and competition mechanism in the private sector and attached importance to public service Output and so on.
