回顾即将过去的一年,可以用“不寻常”3个字来概括,中国遭遇了非典,也有载人飞船的上天,更有从孙志刚到孙大午等一系列令人唏嘘的“事件”,说明了再眼花缭乱的民生目标的诱惑,都不能掩盖中国民权进程的非凡意义。2003年的中国经济也是一波三折的,但看来全年坐八望九应是定局。 对2004年的中国经济,可能大部分学者倾向于比2003年更好,笔者无意否定,从2002年开始,中国经济就走入了一轮强劲的自主增长,但从现在的种种迹象来看,2004年的中国经济虽然仍可保持8%以上的增速,但却会相当平淡,离开GDP增长是万万不可的,但唯GDP中心论却越来越失去光环,人们深切关注的是人本身,
