目的:研究广西壮族妇女6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G-6PD)缺乏与宫颈癌易感性之间的关系。方法:抽查患宫颈炎但G-6PD正常的200例壮族妇女为对照组,患宫颈炎且G-6PD缺乏的200例壮族妇女为实验组。400例宫颈炎患者均接受阴道镜检查、阴道镜下宫颈醋白试验(VIA)、碘试验、宫颈多点活检并送病理检查。分析壮族妇女宫颈炎患者G-6PD缺乏与宫颈癌易感性的关系。结果:实验组罹患宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)45例,宫颈癌12例,人类乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)感染58例。对照组罹患CIN4例,宫颈癌1例,HPV感染19例。实验组罹患宫颈癌的频率显著高于对照组(P=0.003)。结论:G-6PD缺乏可能是壮族妇女易患宫颈癌的一个危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the lack of 6-phosphoglucose dehydrogenase (G-6PD) and cervical cancer susceptibility in Guangxi Zhuang women. Methods: A total of 200 Zhuang women with cervicitis but normal G-6PD were selected as the control group. 200 Zhuang women with cervicitis and G-6PD deficiency were selected as the experimental group. 400 cases of cervicitis patients were colposcopy, colposcopy under the vinegar white test (VIA), iodine test, cervical biopsy and send pathological examination. The relationship between G-6PD deficiency and susceptibility to cervical cancer in Zhuang women with cervicitis was analyzed. Results: The experimental group had 45 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), 12 cases of cervical cancer and 58 cases of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. The control group had 4 cases of CIN, 1 case of cervical cancer and 19 cases of HPV infection. The frequency of cervical cancer in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P = 0.003). Conclusion: The lack of G-6PD may be a risk factor for cervical cancer in Zhuang women.
