目前,城市交通发展作为城市规划和城市土地利用的一项重要内容,交通规划正在从单一的交通方面向与城市规划和土地利用规划相结合的方向发展,城市道路交通建设的发展与路网覆盖区域内土地利用类型以及土地价格之间存在紧密的联系,它们相辅相成、相互影响。本文以杭州市为例说明城市交通与土地利用类型的相互影响模式,提出可供参考的杭州交通发展和土地利用的探索策略,在土地资源有限的情况下促进城市交通畅通和土地集约高效利用。
At present, the development of urban transport is an important part of urban planning and urban land use.
