P′波直立的房性反复性心动过速

反复性室上性心动过速是预激综合征(WPW)时最常见的一种快速性心律失常,由于房性早搏(房早)引起的反复性心动过速,称为房性反复性心动过速。经典的房性反复性心动过速逆传的P′波应为倒置P′波(图1),但在特殊情况下也可见到P′波直立的房性反复性心动过速。现报道一例如下:
