介绍了三种人工举升方式最新的15项新技术,包括:游梁式抽油机(7项)、螺杆泵(4项)、气举活塞泵(4项)。游梁式抽油机显然是目前应用最为广泛的人工举升技术,它是由地面电机驱动系统提升油管柱中的抽油杆来驱动井下的往复泵工作的。螺杆泵系统是由地面驱动系统旋转抽油杆柱来驱动井下泵转子在弹性定子内举升液体。而在柱塞升举中,一自由移动的柱塞随流体进入油管中,然后通过地层气或从套管环空中注入的气体将段塞(主要是液体段)举升至地面。
The 15 new technologies for the three artificial lifting methods are introduced, including: beam pumping unit (7 items), screw pump (4 items) and air lift piston pump (4 items). Beam pumping unit is obviously the most widely used artificial lift technology, which is driven by ground motor drive system to enhance the sucker rod in the tubing string to drive downhole reciprocating pump work. The screw pump system is driven by the ground-driven system to rotate the sucker rod to drive the downhole pump rotor to lift the liquid within the elastic stator. In plunger lift, however, a freely moving plunger enters the tubing with the fluid and then lifts the slug (mainly the liquid segment) to the surface through the formation gas or gas injected through the annulus.
