在农村搞测土配方施肥,目前普遍应用的还是土壤普查时拟定的速测法,快捷而廉价。作者根据近年千余土样的操作,发现速效磷的测定方法仍然可用,但该法当土壤高磷、低磷时,未指明分析措施。本次探讨结论为高磷时的稀释必须用0.5moL/LNaHCO3,低磷时则用添加标准液法(以浓测稀),如此可使测定数值正好落在色阶曲线上,符合比尔定律,从而补充了普查原法,使该法更加完整。
In the countryside to test soil fertilization formula, the current general application of soil census developed quick test method, fast and cheap. According to the operation of more than a thousand soil samples in recent years, the authors found that the method of determination of available phosphorus is still available. However, when the soil is high-phosphorus and low-phosphorus, no analytical measures are specified. This study concluded that the dilution of high phosphorus must be used when 0.5moL / LNaHCO3, low phosphorus is added by standard solution method (to dilute the concentration), so that the measured values can just fall on the tone curve, in line with Bill’s law, Thus supplementing the original census and making the law more complete.
