目的:探讨鹿筋胶原的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:通过小鼠足肿胀、耳廓肿胀、皮肤毛细血管通透性的实验研究鹿筋胶原的抗炎作用;采用热板法和醋酸扭体法研究鹿筋胶原的镇痛作用。结果:鹿筋胶原能有效的抑制角叉菜胶引起的足肿胀和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀;改善毛细血管的通透性,降低腹腔因醋酸导致的炎性渗出;同时提高热板法、扭体法所致的小鼠痛阈,延长疼痛潜伏期。结论:鹿筋胶原具有明显抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of deer tendon collagen. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of deer tendons collagen were studied by the experiments of foot swelling, ear swelling and permeability of skin capillaries. The analgesic effect of deer tendons collagen was studied by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. Results: Deer tendon collagen can effectively inhibit carrageenan-induced foot swelling and xylene-induced mouse ear swelling; improve capillary permeability and reduce peritoneal acetic acid-induced inflammatory exudate; while increasing the heat Plate method, writhing induced pain threshold in mice, prolonged pain latency. Conclusion: Deer tendon collagen has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
