本文试用皮窗细胞印片法,实验观察健康人中性粒细胞在体内的形态变化。本组30例健康人皮窗印片细胞,均表现有不同间隔时间上细胞形态变化的特点。在皮窗早期印片中所见的中性粒细胞,分布较稀疏,但形态和结构较为完整,并有游走状细胞。在5～7小时左右的皮窗印片中,中性粒细胞的肿胀程度更为明显,细胞内容物明显疏松,染色不匀,胞浆中有较多空泡。至12小时,印片中仍可见到游走的中性粒细胞,唯胞浆中颗粒明显变粗大,空泡
In this paper, the use of skin window printing method, the experimental observation of healthy human neutrophils in vivo morphological changes. The group of 30 healthy skin window printing cells, showing the characteristics of cell morphology changes at different intervals. The neutrophils, seen in the early prints of the skin window, are sparsely distributed but relatively complete in morphology and structure with walk-like cells. In 5 ~ 7 hours of skin window printing, neutrophil swelling more obvious content of cells was loose, uneven dyeing, cytoplasm more vacuoles.
