在我国,高等职业技术教育还属于整个教育体系中的新成员,它是为了适应企业员工综合素质结构调整,提高企业生产一线员工的操作维护技术水平,参与国际市场竞争,打造国际加工生产基地,应对加入W TO后国际跨国公司对我们的挑战应运而生的。高等职业技术教育的这种特殊的使命决定其办学方针和培养目标必须直接面向企业、面向社会。企业的需求是高职发展的动力源泉,企业的发展为学校的专业建设及毕业生开拓更加广阔的空间,同时以企业急需技能型应用人才为培养目标的高等职业技术教育也将为企业发展和技术进步奠定坚实的基础。因此,为达到双赢目标,高职院校必须跳出传统精英教育的圈子,走出普通高等教育的影响,与企业联合,优势互补,共同探讨全新的高职发展模式和教育教学体系。
