既为师,当为薪尽火传,尽己之所能,育人于校园。以教之文让其懂之理,明为人之所道!虽亦不能齐全,亦不负吾之所劳及慰吾之初心。凡事非能强求,诚然自知,不以无妄之念。故今以悦之态之于业之于生之于师为吾之所念。二十多年的教学生涯,让我明白到了如今之为师者已不仅仅局限于传道、授业、解惑而已!沟通、反思成了师生间信任和共建信任的一定方式和手段!现在的学生看东西的准确性和尖锐性还有独立思考性是非常独到
