一、栽培经历日本栽培啤酒大麦最早从1873年北海道由美国引入的英国二棱大麦品种 shibarii 开始的。以后陆续在1885年从美国引入 Golden Melon 品种,1889年从德国引入 Hanna 品种,1899年从丹麦引入 svanhals 品种。日本本州从1881年开始栽培啤酒大麦,比北海道晚一些。二棱大麦的栽培面积,在战前最多年份是1939年,面积为25,000公顷,战后是1964年面积最大,增加到112,100公顷,从1979年开始啤酒大麦栽培面积基本稳定在8万多公顷。
First, the cultivation experience Japanese barley cultivation beer from 1873 Hokkaido introduced by the United States began the British two-row barley varieties shibarii. Since then, Golden Melon varieties have been introduced from the United States in 1885, Hanna varieties from Germany in 1889, and svanhals varieties from Denmark in 1899. Japan’s Honshu began brewing beer and barley in 1881, later than Hokkaido. The cultivated area of two-rowed barley, up to 1939 before the war, covered an area of 25,000 hectares. After the war, the area was the largest in 1964, increasing to 112,100 hectares. Since 1979, the total area for barley cultivation has remained stable at more than 80,000 hectares.
