我矿于1985年10月在2105工作面试用塑料网作为假顶材料,1986、1987两年又先后在1507、2104及2101工作面推广使用。目前,塑料网已成为我矿回采工作面的重要假顶材料。两年来的实践证明:塑料网具有成本低,运输、操作方便,可以提高工效,保证安全生产等优点,同时又可以为国家节约大量钢材。塑料网在我矿使用后,普遍受到工人们的欢迎,因而得以迅速推广。 一、回采工作面的自然条件 我矿为单一厚煤层,煤厚平均8m,煤层赋存比较稳定,结构简单;煤层倾角13~27°。工作面平均走向长400m,倾斜长为100m。 煤层直接顶为深灰色砂质泥岩,厚7.7m,中等稳定;老顶为砂岩,厚11m,Ⅱ级顶板。 煤层直接底为深灰色砂质泥岩,厚2.5m;

At present, the plastic net has become an important fake material for mine mining face. Practice over the past two years has proved that plastic net has the advantages of low cost, convenient transportation and operation, can improve work efficiency, ensure safe production, and save a lot of steel for the country at the same time. After the use of plastic net in mine, it is generally welcomed by the workers, which can be quickly promoted. First, the natural conditions mining face I mine as a single thick seam, the average thickness of 8m coal, coal seam is relatively stable, simple structure; seam dip 13 ~ 27 °. The average working face is 400m long and the inclined length is 100m. Directly to the top of the coal seam for the dark gray sandy mudstone, thickness 7.7m, moderately stable; the old roof is sandstone, 11m thick, Ⅱ level roof. The bottom of the coal seam is dark gray sandy mudstone with a thickness of 2.5m.
