河南电视台制作的电视系列片《起诉在东京》获得了1996年度中国电视奖一等奖,评委认为该片具有纪录片应有的艺术魅力,是一部长中国人民志气的力作。一些观众来信称此片是一部捍卫中华民族尊严的宣言书,是严正的历史教科书。 《起诉在东京》反映的是二次世界大战期间,一批中国劳工被日军强行押到日本北部秋田县花冈,为鹿岛建设株式会社做苦工,中国劳工不堪忍受非人折磨,奋起反抗,后被残酷镇压,130多人惨遭杀害,这就是著名的“花冈暴动”。半个世纪后,一些幸存的中国劳工到日本,要求鹿岛公司认罪、赔偿并为死难者建造纪念馆,但日方置若罔闻,他们在忍无可忍的情况下,对鹿岛公司提起诉讼,日本东京地方法院受理了这一诉讼案。河南电视台抓住这一重大主题,派三位记者专程赴日,对这次审判实地采访。他们排除了异地采访的重重困难,走访了当年劳工暴动、突围、遇难旧地,既为当年劳工
The television series produced by Henan TV, “Prosecuted in Tokyo”, won the 1996 China TV Prize first prize. The jury believes the film has the artistic charm that documentary should have and is a masterpiece of the long-cherished Chinese people. Some viewers have claimed that the film is a declaration that defends the dignity of the Chinese nation and is a solemn history textbook. “Prosecution in Tokyo” reflects that during World War II, a group of Chinese laborers were forcibly taken to Japan’s Hanaoka, Akita, northern Japan by a Japanese army to work hard for Kashima Construction Co., Ltd. The Chinese workers were unbearably tortured by non-human beings, After brutal suppression, more than 130 people were brutally killed, this is the famous “Hanaoka riot.” Half a century later, some surviving Chinese laborers went to Japan and demanded that Kashima companies plead guilty, pay compensation and build memorials for the victims. However, as the Japanese side turned a deaf ear to their deeds, they filed a lawsuit against Kashima, and the Tokyo District Court Accepted the lawsuit.
