灭滴灵为5-氮咪唑类化合物,已广泛应用于治疗口腔厌氧菌感染,也是有效的阴道杀滴虫药。文献报导克隆氏病可用灭滴灵治疗,也有报导灭滴灵治疗克隆氏病所致的肛周瘘管有效。作者用灭滴灵治疗对常规治疗(强的松和水杨酸偶氮磺胺吡啶)已产生耐药的难治性克隆氏病伴肛周瘘管的8名患者(男5名,女3名,年龄22～53岁),并进行连续观察。病情稳定者每月随访一次,不稳定者2周随访一次。小肠克隆氏病的病程为1/2～30年(平均9.2年),瘘管史1～4(平均7.9年),小肠病变均由X线证实,3例除回肠病变外尚有全结肠炎。患者均有肛瘘,2
Metrodamin is a 5-azamidazole compound, which has been widely used in the treatment of oral anaerobic infections and is also an effective vaginal trichomonad.
