正确掌握考评标准是搞好职称评定工作的关键,业务技术职称是一个人学识水平、业务能力和工作成就的综合标志。为了确保评定质量,评定技术职称要按照“德才兼备”的干部标准,坚持又红又专全面考核。不能忽视政治条件,它是评授和晋升业务技术职称的前提。同时,应以学识水平、业务能力和工作成就为主要依据,并适当考虑学历和从事专业工作的资历,符合什么条件就评定什么职称,不论资排辈,单凭年限。为了正确掌握评定标准,要处理好以下几种关系。 (1)正确处理学识水平、业务能力与工作成就的关系,坚持以工作成就为主,全面衡量。会计干部的一个基本特点是约有90%以上没有正规的学历,相当一部分会计干部的原有文化水平较低。但他们在长期专业实践中逐步提高了业务能力,有较丰富的工作经验,并有一定的工作成就。工作成就在一定的程度上体现了会计干部的学识水平。因此,在考核评定中一定要以工作成就为主,全面衡量会计干部的业务能
