本文介绍了镍合金基自润滑材料的研制与应用。作者探索了MoS_2在高温高压下的行为与晶体变化;测定了MoS_2的加入量对材料物理—机械性能的影响;讨论了在大气和真空(10~(-6)托)中的摩擦磨损特性;並用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜初步分析了镍与MoS_2复合后的晶态和材料结构,最后将材料加工成滚动轴承保持架,在组装成滚动轴承后,在高温高真空下进行了寿命试验。结果表明,保持架的综合性能良好,可有效地润滑该类轴承。
This paper introduces the development and application of Ni-based self-lubricating materials. The author explored the behavior and crystal change of MoS_2 under high temperature and high pressure. The effects of MoS 2 loading on the physical and mechanical properties of the material were investigated. The friction and wear properties of MoS_2 in atmosphere and vacuum (10 -6 Torr) The crystal structure and material structure of nickel and MoS_2 composite were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. Finally, the material was processed into a rolling bearing cage. After assembly into a rolling bearing, the life test was carried out under high temperature and high vacuum. The results show that the overall performance of the cage is good, which can effectively lubricate this type of bearing.
