一、概述石油及其产品在贮运过程中造成的损耗其数量是惊人的。按我国目前石油贮运的技术水平和管理水平,从原油到制成石油产品,再分发到用户,整个过程所造成石油品损耗估计每年可达100万吨以上。其中炼油厂贮运损失量,1980年约占原油加工量的3.1‰左右。损耗率为发达国家的10～30倍。根据实际测算我厂1981年加工原油约500万吨,在贮运过程中,造成的油品损失至少达11000吨,经济损失达400～500万元。油品损耗不仅造成数量上的巨大浪费,
