以因Ⅱ度闭经服用温经汤4～6个月仍无排卵,并用氯茋酚胺(CC),在3个疗程内妊娠者5例为对象,用RIA,EIA法测定给予温经汤前及给药后至并用CC前LH-RH,TRH试验、E_2值。结果:LH,FSH,LH-RH,PRL均无变化,而E_2及TRH试验在给药后明显升高。温经汤对下丘脑、垂体的刺激效果主要是使LH脉冲分泌频率增加,故LH-RH试验没有变化。E_2的上升为潜在的FSH的刺激效果。TRH试验巾PRL的上升伴有E_2
Because of Ⅱ amenorrhea taking Wenjing decoction 4 to 6 months still no ovulation, and use of clopidogrel (CC), in 3 courses of pregnancy in 5 cases as the object, with RIA, EIA method to give before Wenjing Tang After administration and before use of CC and LH-RH, TRH test, E_2 value. Results: There was no change in LH, FSH, LH-RH and PRL, while E_2 and TRH were significantly increased after administration. Wenjing Decoction on the hypothalamus, pituitary stimulation is mainly to increase the frequency of LH pulse secretion, so LH-RH test did not change. The increase in E_2 is a potential stimulus for FSH. TRH Tissue PRL rise accompanied by E_2
