鼻粘膜纤毛运动减弱是粘膜纤毛无力综合症的鼻部表现,主要因为其纤毛内动力蛋白臂(dynein arms)缺乏,而ATP可以激活这些纤毛的运动。作者对11例慢性鼻炎的病人做了HR-6溶液(含ATP)和安慰剂治疗的对照研究。11例病人均有典型的鼻炎症状,其中4例并有复发性上颌窦炎,4例中的3例还合并有慢性支气管炎。年龄9～56岁(平均32.6岁)。病程4～20年(平均11.9年)。治疗前采用~(99)锝标记的血清白蛋白做放射性同位素示踪检查,显示鼻粘膜纤毛功能为1.4～5.5mm/min
Nasal mucociliary hypofunction is a nasal manifestation of mucociliary weakness syndrome mainly due to the lack of dynein arms in its cilia, which can activate the movement of these cilia. The authors performed a controlled study of HR-6 solution (including ATP) and placebo in 11 patients with chronic rhinitis. All 11 patients had typical rhinitis symptoms, of which 4 had recurrent maxillary sinusitis and 3 of 4 also had chronic bronchitis. Aged 9 to 56 years old (average 32.6 years old). Course of 4 to 20 years (mean 11.9 years). Radioisotope tracer examination of ~ (99) technetium-labeled serum albumin before treatment showed that the function of nasal mucosa was 1.4 ~ 5.5mm / min
