利用甘露低聚糖与氯化铬进行反应制备甘露低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物,以铬(Ⅲ)的结合率为考察指标,通过对反应因素(pH、时间、温度、浓度比)的考察得出制备甘露低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物的最佳工艺条件为:pH12、反应时间2.0 h、反应温度为50℃、0.45 mol/L CrCl3的加入量为5mL。并对配合物进行紫外、红外光谱检测,表明Cr(Ⅲ)与甘露低聚糖的羟基了发生配位反应。
The mannooligosaccharide chrome (Ⅲ) complex was prepared by the reaction of mannan oligosaccharide and chromium chloride. Chromium (Ⅲ) binding rate was taken as the index to investigate the effect of reaction on the reaction conditions (pH, time, temperature and concentration ratio) The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of chitosan oligosaccharide chrome (Ⅲ) were investigated: pH12, reaction time 2.0 h, reaction temperature 50 ℃, dosage of 0.45 mol / L CrCl3 was 5 mL. The UV and IR spectra of the complexes showed that the coordination reaction between Cr (Ⅲ) and hydroxyl groups of mannan oligosaccharides occurred.
