三乙基铅(Et_3Pb)是防爆剂四乙基铅的降解产物,具有疏水性。生化研究表明,Et_3Pb能抑制与膜结合的Na~+-K~+ATP酶、线粒体氧化磷酸化及谷胱甘肽-S转移酶,还能可逆性地影响细胞骨架结构。本文旨在通过体外试验研究Et_3Pb是否能影响免疫系统。取正常献血员外周血,经Ficoll-Paque分层液分层,制备单核细胞,调细胞浓度至1×10~6/ml,进行以下测试:(1)台盼蓝染色法计数染毒后淋巴细胞存活率,H~3TdR掺入法测
Triethyl lead (Et_3Pb) is an explosion-proof tetraethyl lead degradation products, with hydrophobic.
