牙周病是牙齿支持组织因炎症所致的一种最常见的口腔疾病,属于多发病,与全身健康有着密切的联系。目前,牙周病在临床的治疗上还无彻底的措施。牙周病两大主要症状是牙周袋形成与牙槽骨缺失。由于牙齿周围的细菌极不易清除,在临床上只能采取生态调整疗法,即除菌、抑菌,或者减弱细菌侵袭力的方式来防治牙周病。另外,在病患反应过程中,此疗法能抑制细胞因子、金属蛋白酶及前列腺素等活性物质的产生,降低其破坏牙周组织的能力,还能增强病患的体质,提高机体抵抗力,有利于重建牙周健康的生态系统。目前,临床上大多用传统的基本疗法来清除大部分菌斑及病原刺激物。但相关研究表明,传统治疗中手工清洁、手工刮治的方法,会对沟内上皮、结合上皮产短时的机械性损伤,从而降低牙周膜细胞的增殖力。而动物实验表明,低能量激光作用于糖尿病小鼠,能加快伤口的愈合,提示低能量激光对生物调节有一定的作用。目前,关于低能量激光生物刺激效应的研究在国内外医学领域为数不多,且主要集中在体外培养细胞实验的水平上。
Periodontal disease is one of the most common oral diseases caused by inflammation in tooth-supported tissues. It is a frequently-occurring disease and closely related to general health. At present, there is no thorough treatment of periodontal disease in the clinical treatment. The two main symptoms of periodontal disease are periodontal pocket formation and alveolar bone loss. As the bacteria around the tooth is extremely difficult to remove, in clinical practice, only ecological adjustment therapy, that is, sterilization, antibacterial, or to reduce bacterial invasion of the way to control periodontal disease. In addition, during the course of patient response, this therapy can inhibit the production of active substances such as cytokines, metalloproteases and prostaglandins, reduce its ability to destroy periodontal tissues, enhance the physique of patients and improve the body’s resistance. There are Conducive to the reconstruction of periodontal health ecosystem. At present, most of the traditional clinical use of basic therapy to remove most of the plaque and pathogen irritants. But the relevant research shows that the traditional treatment of hand-cleaning, hand-scraping method, will groove the epithelium, combined with the epidermis to produce short-term mechanical damage, thereby reducing the proliferation of periodontal ligament cells. The animal experiments show that low-energy laser effect on diabetic mice, can accelerate the healing of wounds, suggesting that low-energy laser to a certain degree of biological regulation. At present, the researches on the biostimulation effects of low-energy laser are few in the field of medicine at home and abroad, and mainly focus on the level of cell experiments in vitro.
