目的:探讨乙肝表面抗原阳性孕妇HBeAg与其子代HBeAg、HBsAb的关系。方法:从太原市传染病院收集的表面抗原阳性孕妇及其新生儿共84对母儿作为研究对象,将84例HBsAg阳性孕妇分为HBeAg阳性组和HBeAg阴性组,出生24 h内的新生儿定义为新生儿组,并对其进行随访,随访结果进入婴儿组。收集孕妇分娩前或分娩后24 h内的肘静脉血和出生24 h内的新生儿及其随访时的股静脉血,采用化学发光法检测乙肝标志物。结果:母亲HBeAg阳性组的宫内感染率显著高于HBeAg阴性组。HBeAg阳性组新生儿HBeAg阳性率明显高于HBeAg阴性组(χ2=17.336,P<0.01)。婴儿的HBeAg阳性率与母亲HBeAg无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。母亲、新生儿的HBeAg均与婴儿HBsAb无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。婴儿HBeAg与婴儿表面抗体有统计学差异(χ2=5.687,P<0.05)。结论:母亲HBeAg可能是宫内感染的重要因素。新生儿HBeAg阳性可能与母亲HBeAg阳性有关,婴儿HBsAb与母亲、新生儿的HBeAg无关联,婴儿HBeAg阳性可能会降低婴儿HBsAb水平。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between HBeAg and HBeAg and HBsAb in HBsAg positive pregnant women. Methods: Eighty-four pairs of pregnant women and their newborns with positive surface antigen were collected from Taiyuan Infectious Disease Hospital. 84 pregnant women with HBsAg positive were divided into HBeAg-positive group and HBeAg-negative group. Neonatal definition within 24 hours after birth For the newborn group, and follow-up, follow-up results into the infant group. The elbow venous blood before delivery or within 24 hours after childbirth and the newborns within 24 hours after birth were collected and the femoral vein blood was collected during follow-up. The markers of hepatitis B were detected by chemiluminescence method. Results: The intrauterine infection rate of mother HBeAg-positive group was significantly higher than that of HBeAg-negative group. HBeAg positive HBeAg positive group of neonates was significantly higher than HBeAg negative group (χ2 = 17.336, P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between HBeAg positive rate and HBeAg in infants (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the HBeAg of mothers and newborns and that of infants HBsAb (P> 0.05). Infant HBeAg and infant surface antibodies were statistically different (χ2 = 5.687, P <0.05). Conclusion: Mother HBeAg may be an important factor in intrauterine infection. Neonatal HBeAg-positive may be related to the mother’s HBeAg-positive, infant HBsAb and mothers, newborns HBeAg-free, HBeAg-positive infants may reduce infant HBsAb levels.
