采用 L C- MS技术分离和鉴定新氟喹诺酮类抗菌剂西他沙星体内代谢物。试验对口服西他沙星后大鼠、狗和人的尿样及胆汁分别进行分离和测定。结果在线分离和鉴定了西他沙星的 9个主要代谢物 (M1~M9) ,为西他沙星体内代谢研究及其它新氟喹诺酮类化合物的研制提供了良好的筛选结构群。
Isolation and identification of the new fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent in vivo metabolite of citalopram by L C-MS. The urine samples and bile from rats, dogs and humans after oral administration of xxatacin were separately isolated and assayed. Results The nine major metabolites of sitatoxin (M1 ~ M9) were isolated and identified online, which provided a good screening structure for the study of metabolism of xylofloxacin and the development of other new fluoroquinolones.
