“育人为本,德育为先”实施教育的主导思想,是作为一名语文教师、一位班主任的教育工作指导。而且,高中语文新课程基本理念中也指出要充分发挥语文的育人功能,为学生的终身学习奠定基础。所以,在素质教育下,教师要根据教材内容的需要,采用多样化的教学方法,有意识地渗透德育教育,以促使学生的语文素养及整体素质得到大幅度提高。
“People-oriented, moral education first,” the guiding ideology of implementing education, is the instruction of education as a language teacher and a class teacher. Moreover, the basic concept of the new Chinese language high school curriculum also points out that we must give full play to the language education function and lay a foundation for students’ lifelong learning. Therefore, under quality education, teachers should use diverse teaching methods according to the needs of teaching materials, and consciously penetrate moral education so as to promote students’ language accomplishment and overall quality to be greatly improved.
