为研究邻位和对位取代的卤素对苯甲氧基乙酸二烷氨基乙酯盐酸盐对小鼠学习记忆促进作用的影响,合成了邻-卤代苯甲氧基乙酸二甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐(VIa.VIb)。化合物(VIa.VIb)为尚未见报道的新化合物,其结构经核磁共振谱及红外光谱所证实。
In order to study the effect of ortho-and para-substituted dialkylaminoethyl dihydrochloride on the learning and memory of mice, a novel o-halobenzyloxyacetic acid dimethylaminoethyl ester Hydrochloride (VIa.VIb). Compound (VIa.VIb) is a new compound which has not been reported yet. Its structure is confirmed by NMR and IR spectra.
