目的研究广玉兰(Magnolia grandiflora Linn)叶的化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法对广玉兰叶乙醇提取物进行分离、纯化,通过波谱技术对所得化合物进行结构鉴定,并对其进行生物活性测定。结果从广玉兰叶提取物中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别鉴定为:小白菊内酯(1)、过氧化麦角甾醇(2)、N-formyl-annonain(Z)(3_Z)、N-formyl-annonain(E)(3_E)、维生素E醌(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、11,13-dehydrocompressanolide(6)、七叶内酯二甲醚(7)、鹅撑揪碱(8)、咸南藤酰胺乙酸酯(9)、michelenollide(10)和2,6,2’,6’-tetramethoxy-4,4’-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl(11)。结论化合物2、3_Z、3_E、4在该植物中首次发现,化合物9、11在木兰属植物中首次发现。
Aim To study the chemical constituents and antitumor activities of Magnolia grandiflora Linn leaves. Methods The ethanol extract of Magnolia officinalis was isolated and purified by normal-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by spectroscopic techniques and their bioactivities Activity assay. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from Magnolia biondii extract and identified as parthenolide (1), ergosterol peroxide (2), N-formyl-annonain (Z) (4), β-sitosterol (5), 11,13-dehydrocompressanolide (6), aescine lactone dimethyl ether (7) (9), michelenollide (10) and 2,6,2 ’, 6’-tetramethoxy-4,4’-bis (2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl) biphenyl ). Conclusions Compounds 2,3_Z, 3_E, 4 were first found in this plant. Compounds 9 and 11 were first found in Magnolia.
