(一)在全国人大代表罗盆锋的内心深处有3件事令他没齿难忘。第一件可追溯到1957年,当他还是个豆蔻少年客居国外时,曾经在亲人和祖国之间做过重大抉择,是留在当地寄人篱下享受祖荫荣华的庇护,还是回祖国当家做主人参加社会主义建设。当时选择后者是要付出代价的,国外方面要他按手印甚至跺脚印,“保证永远不再回来”。陪同在旁的母亲的心碎了,母亲雨幕似的眼泪,无声拒绝了这个意味着永诀的契约。然而罗益锋决心已定,他忍痛辞别老母,回到祖国,直至今天也未曾后悔。他觉得这是自己迈向主人翁地位的决定性一步。
