制冷降温掘进工作面的风温预测及需冷量计算

根据掘进工作面风筒内、外风流相互传热,相互影响以及风温沿巷道非线性变化的特点,指出了掘进工作面风温预测存在的问题.提出了独头巷道风筒内、外风流温度的差分计算的原理和方法,并依此编制了制冷掘进工作面风筒内外风流温、湿度和需冷量预测的计算机程序.大量的实例计算说明,该计算机程序不仅能准确计算出制冷降温掘进工作面风温和需冷量,而且能揭示掘进工作面风筒内、外风流温度的非线性变化规律,为高温掘进工作面制定合理降温措施提供了基础. According to the characteristics of the airflow inside and outside of the ventilation face of the heading face, heat transfer, mutual influence and the nonlinear variation of the wind temperature along the roadway, the problems existing in the wind temperature prediction of the heading face are pointed out. The principle and method of differential calculation of the temperature inside and outside of the duct of a single-headed tunnel are put forward, and the computer program of predicting the temperature, humidity and cooling capacity of the inside and outside of the duct in a tunneling face is compiled. A large number of example calculations show that the computer program can not only calculate the air temperature and cooling capacity of the cooling and cooling face, but also reveal the non-linear variation of air temperature inside and outside the air duct of heading face, Reasonable cooling measures provide the basis.
