为了研究主泵泵壳材料CF8在室温和350℃下的形变强化行为以及热老化对于料形变强化的影响,在恒应变速率控制模式下,通过对原始态和不同热老化时间后的试样进行室温和350℃下的准静态拉伸试验。结果表明,主泵泵壳材料CF8在拉伸过程中变形是不均匀的;随热老化时间延长,材料在室温和350℃的抗拉强度均不断提高,断后伸长率有所下降;在室温和350℃下的形变强化均呈阶段性,应变硬化指数在变形中逐渐增加,在第一阶段增幅最为明显。
