本文结合湖南广电创新发展的个案,分析企业内部的创新元素发现:企业内部的动力是企业创新活动的收益预期和创新成功概率预期,来自企业外部的动力是技术推力、市场激励和政府激励。对企业技术创新动力的基本构成进行分析,对于从企业、市场、政府等不同层面分别强化企业技术创新动力、推动企业技术创新,具有重要的现实意义。对于企业是这样,对于生产文化产品的电视媒体也是如此。
Based on the case of innovation of Hunan Radio and Television, this paper analyzes the internal innovation elements of enterprises. The internal motivation of enterprises is the expectation of earnings and the probability of success of innovation. The motivation from the outside of enterprises is technical thrust, market incentives and government incentives. The analysis of the basic composition of technological innovation motivation of enterprises has important practical significance for strengthening the motivation of technological innovation and promoting the technological innovation of enterprises from different aspects such as enterprises, markets and government. This is true for business, as is the case for the television media that produce cultural products.
