在机读目录格式中由于使用的联合编目系统、机读目录格式使用手册及编目人员的个体不同,从而对题名的著录存在一定的差异,并产生诸多问题,再加上题名的多样化、复杂化,往往使编目员难以抉择,从而给检索工作带来不便。笔者从各图书馆使用的联合编目系统、机读目录格式使用手册及编目人员的个体不同三个方面进行举例说明,加以对比分析,指出其优劣,并提出几项题名规范著录方面的建议。
In the MRT format, there are some discrepancies in the titles of the title due to the use of the joint cataloging system, the manual of the machine-readable catalog format and the individuality of the cataloger, resulting in a number of problems. In addition, the titles are diversified and complicated It often makes it hard for catalogers to make decisions, which brings inconvenience to search. The author gives an example from the three aspects of the joint cataloging system used by each library, the user manual of machine readable directory format and the individual differences of cataloging personnel, analyzes them comparatively, points out its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward some suggestions on standardizing cataloging.
