为响应党中央号召,配合兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的新高潮,满足广大人民群众歌唱生活的强烈需求,中国社会音乐研究会、中国音协杂志社、中国音协歌曲编辑部、中国音协词刊编辑部、中国音乐家音像出版社、北京丽洲世纪音乐文化传播中心六单位联合推出《在灿烂阳光下》16首歌曲特集。近期开始发行征订,供机关、厂矿、城乡、部队文艺演出活动和歌唱爱好者学唱。其收录歌曲有:
