目的 探讨口外弓在治疗安氏Ⅱ'错牙合中的作用及机制。方法 对 10例安氏Ⅱ'错牙合的少年 ,用口外弓配合方丝弓矫治器进行治疗 ,并作治疗前后头影测量 ,观察疗效。结果 口外弓推磨牙向后 ,为拥挤创造了间隙 (平均每侧远移 3 .3mm ,P <0 .0 1) ,同时能抑制上颌骨的发育而对下颌骨生长无明显影响。结论 口外弓配合方丝弓矫治是不拔牙矫治安氏Ⅱ'错牙合的有效而简便的方法之一
Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of oral bow in treatment of Angle Ⅱ 'malocclusion. Methods Ten cases of Angle Ⅱ 'malocclusion juvenile were treated with oral arch bow and wire appliance, and the cephalometric measurements were taken before and after treatment to observe the curative effect. Results Mouth pushing the molar backward, creating a gap for the crowding (average distance of each side shift 3 .3mm, P <0 01), while inhibiting the development of the maxilla mandibular growth had no significant effect. Conclusion Occlusal bow with square wire arch correction is an effective and simple method for removing malocclusion of Angle Ⅱ 'malocclusion
